Our church web site was started to make information available to our congregation on the web (especially me, since I have trouble keeping a bulletin longer than a day). It was also a way for us to put our message of hope through Jesus Christ on the web. The internet can be used for good purposes--and I can't think of a better use than to put information pertaining to the gospel on it. Also, it allows our congregation to "catch up" on missed sermons by providing a sermon archive of previous sermons...or sometimes a person might want to hear a sermon again! I think of the web as an effective means of distributing information to our members and the world.

There are numerous reports out of the benefits of having your business on the internet. The ease of access, 24 hour exposure, the ability to distribute and receive information, and the possibility of sale of goods or services to anyone at anytime are just some of the benefits of a web site.
